After all the riding over the weekend my legs needed sorting out and a short and gentle recovery ride in the small ring seemed just the job.

I drove down to Ercall Heath and picked up Nic’s 20 mile usual route. Nothing much to report on the ride but my legs felt a whole lot better by the end.
